Shipping

We aim to be as fast as a caffeinated cheetah on roller skates when it comes to shipping. Your order will be on its way within 2 business days and if you're in the continental U.S., our standard shipping will get your goodies to you in 3-5 days. If you're in a super hurry, we offer express shipping that'll teleport to your doorstep in just 2 days. (U.S. domestic orders only.  Sorry, express shipping not available for military addresses, PO boxes, or intergalactic outposts...)

Orders placed after noon Eastern time will camp out overnight at our warehouse and start their journey the next day.

Returns

We're all about spreading joy, but sometimes even the happiest campers need to return stuff. We've got a 30-day return policy, which means you've got a whole month to decide if you want to break up with your purchase.

To start a return, just send us a note at shop@happycamper.com. If we give your return the green light, we'll send you a return shipping label along with some top-secret instructions on where to send your package. Remember, if you send things back without giving us a heads-up first, we might mistake them for surprise gifts, and that could get awkward.

Damages and Issues

So, if your order arrives looking more like a squished marshmallow than the awesome product you ordered, contact us ASAP, and we'll make sure to fix it, even if it involves marshmallow therapy.

Exchanges

Need something else? The quickest way to make sure you get what your heart desires is to return what you have, and once we give you the thumbs up, make a separate purchase for your shiny new treasure. It's like a shopping victory lap.

Refunds

Once we've received and given your return the official thumbs-up, we'll shoot you a message to let you know if we're refunding you or not. If we are, you can expect the moolah to reappear in your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, your bank or credit card company might be napping and could take a little extra time to process and post the refund. If you feel like it's been forever (more than 15 business days), shoot us an email at shop@happycamper.com, and we'll check if your refund got lost in a forest somewhere.
